Martin Williams
Managing Director
Martin Williams, with over two decades of experience in the well services industry, began as a trainee operator in the North Sea before rising to Field Supervisor in the Middle East and West Africa.
Now based in Australia, he has served as an OCR, collaborating with major oil and gas contractors. His unique insight from both client and contractor roles ensures projects meet the highest standards.
As Managing Director, Martin’s expertise and approachable demeanor cultivate effective collaboration, making him a trusted leader in the industry.
As a collaborative leader, Stuart promotes teamwork and innovation, advocating for employee empowerment and cost-effective revenue generation. He also drives process development and embeds HSEQ principles for operational success, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Cameron Mckeever
Field Superintendant
Cameron has also supervised operations on an Acid FRAC vessel in the Middle East for 4 years, enhancing leadership skills. Cameron later transitioned to a CT field specialist role in Australia, broadening industry knowledge and experience.
Cameron posseses an unparalleled depth of expertise in coiled tubing operations, showcasing profound comprehension of its intricate components: from coiled tubing equipment to downhole tools. His proficiency isn’t just confined to theory; it’s amplified through practical acumen, as evidenced by his ability to navigate unforeseen challenges with finesse and ingenuity.
Field Engineer
With almost 2 years at Hilands Well Services, Franco excelled in well abandonment, cement remediation, cleanouts, etc. He played a crucial role in designing operations, addressing client requirements, and overseeing Coiled Tubing pipeline care.
Franco’s commitment to professional growth is reflected in completing the Field Engineer I program in Dubai (3 months) and the Field Engineer II program online in the USA (1 month). His adept problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset in Chemical Engineering for the Oil & Gas sector.
